: ①Municipal solid waste includes domestic waste, commercial waste and
industrial waste delivered to disposal facilities but excludes |

waste covers post-consumer residential solid waste and refuse collected in
public cleansing activities. |

waste covers solid waste arising from all forms of commercial activities. |
