Transport on Printing and Issuing Provisional |

for Counting Highway and Water Way Transportation Volume,the statistical
scope of highway passenger traffic and highway passenger |

| turnover
was changed to inter-provincial, tourist and suburban transport, and suburban
buses are no longer counted. |

| d)
From 2007, highway freight traffic refers to freight for operational purpose. |
|
| e)
Civil aviation covers legal entities of civil aviation registered in Beijing,
excluding airlines of other provinces and other countries with |
| transport
and flight in Beijing. |
