of antique and publish, 5th Five-Year Period,exclusives expenditure of antique and publish), after 1981,is data from culture operating statistics
annual report (exclusives expenditure of antique,publish and research,fiscal appropriation of capital construction and expenditure of administrative
operation), same with the table related.
