a) Since 2011,the annual principal business revenue of industrial enterprises
above designated size is changed from 5 million yuan or above to |

million yuan or above. |

| b)
Size of Industrial enterprise categorization: The standard prior to 2003 is
not the same as the period from 2003 to 2010. Since 2011, New |
| standard
is adopted and micro enterprieses is added. |
