Note:  The business volume of post and  telecommunications in 1980 and prerious years was calculated at 1970 constant prices while
           that in 1981-1990 was calculated in 1980 constant prices. Since 1991-2000 was calculated in 1990 constant prices, since 2001
           was calculated at 2000 constant prices.
