本农村扶贫新标准为国家统计局依据《中国农村扶贫开发纲要(2011—2020年)》提出：“到2020年要稳定实现扶贫对象不愁吃、 |
|
不愁穿，保障其义务教育、基本医疗和住房”的要求制定的全国统一标准。 |

| 2.
2010-2020年农村扶贫新标准为低于农民人均纯收入2300元(2000年价格水平)，2011-2020年每年根据物价水平调整。 |
| 3.
2011-2013年农村扶贫新标准的农民人均纯收入的当年价格水平分别为：2011年2536元，2012年2625元，2013年2736元。 |
| 4.
2014-2016年农村扶贫新标准的农民人均纯收入对应农村常住居民人均可支配收入的当年价格水平为：2800元、2855元、2952元。 |
| Note:
1. The new standard of rural poverty alleviation is established by the
National Bureau of Statistics according to "China's rural poverty
alleviation |
|
and development program (2011 - 2020)" which proposes to
guarantee the food,clothes,education,basic medical care and housing for the
rural |
|
population. |
|
|
2. The new standard for rural poverty alleviation in 2010-2020 is
rural per capita net income under 2300 yuan (price level in 2000),and every |
|
single years in 2011-2020 it adjusts according to the price level. |
|
|
3. In 2011-2013,the current price level of rural per capita net income
in the new poverty alleviation standard are: 2536 yuan in 2011,2625 yuan |
|
in 2012 and 2736 yuan in 2013. |
|
|
4. In 2014-2016,the current price level of the rural residents per
capita disposable income is 2800 yuan、2855 yuan、2952
yuan. |
