注：1.在一般公共预算收支中，价格补贴1985年以前冲减财政收入，1986年以后列为财政支出。为了可比，本表将1985年以前冲减财

政收入的价格补贴改列在财政支出中。

2.一般公共预算收入中不包括国内外债务收入。

3.从2000年起，一般公共预算支出中包括国内外债务付息支出。

a) As for the general public budget revenue and expenditure, the government price subsidies were listed as negative revenue items prior to 1985, but

they have been listed as expenditure items in government accounts since 1986. For comparison purpose, budgetary price subsidies before 1985 were

adjusted and listed as expenditure items.

b) General public budget revenue does not include the receipts of domestic and foreign debts.

c) General public budget expenditure include the interest payment on domestic and foreign debts since 2000.
