Since 1996, the statistical range of construction annual report have changed
from construction enterprises of all economic types in counties |
| and
above counties level (contain county towns) to the construction enterprises
of all economic types at fourth or higher quality grades, since |
| 2002
which have changed to the all economic types construction enterprises which
possess qualification grades. |

Since 1998, the state-owned enterprises are the state-owned and the state
holding enterprises. |
|

Data in the table include the subcontractor of labour services. |
