a) As the system of one suit of tables was implemented in 1993, the
affiliated construction enterprises increased. The statistics scope before
1996 included the whole people-owned, collective-owned |

and installation enterprises; while the statistics scope from 1996 to 2001
included the construction and installation enterprises of qualification
Grade-4 and above (the same below). |

floor space under construction and completed in 2002, and all the data since
