| Note:
a) Enery consumption in this table is at equivalent prices. Reduction rate of
Energy Consumption per 10000 yuan of GDP is calculated |
| at
comparable prices. |
|
| b)
Energy consumption per 10000 yuan of GDP before 2000 was calculated at the
price of that year; figures after 2000 were calculated at |
| comparable
prices. The base period of comparable prices is changed every five years. Two
figures at comparable prices were calculated |
| for
the year in which the base period is changed. Figures in brackets were
calculated at the price of new base period. |

| c)
Data for 2013 were collected from the third national economic census. |
|
| d)
According to requirements of National Bureau of Statistics on keeping unified
energy statistical approach, the energy consumption has |
| been
calculated based on new approach since 2013. |
