a) The value-added of industry included the data of Gansu Part of Changqing oil field.
b) Since 2011 ,the cut-off point of Industrial enterprises covered by statistics of industrial enterprises above designated size are raised from revenue
from principal business of 5 million yuan to 20 million yuan.
c)Rate of value-added of industrial was calculated by comparable prices.
