The statistical units includes industrial enterprises who having S&T
activities, private technological enterprises, agricultural enter- |

and institutions, software supplier. Besides,the statistics survey since 2000
includes the units as follows;the agricultural enterpri- |

whose Main business revenue over 500,0000 yuan,Industrial enterprises above
designated size,software supplier and private techno- |
|
| logical enterprises. |
