state-owned and the non-state-owned industrial enterprises with |

sales income of 5 million yuan sine 2004 and before,all industry corporation
enterises with an annual sales income ro over 5 million yuan since |
| 2005-2010,
all industry corporation enterises with an annual sales income ro over 20
million yuan since 2011. |
