special survey data of the Ministry of Communications(including |
| taxis and buses). |

Possession of private vehicles including three-wheeled vehicles and low-speed
trucks.
c) Since August 2012, railway data increase the statistical data of Xi'an
Railway Bureau, Qinghai-Tibet Railway Company and Urumqi Railway |
|
| Bureau in Gansu section. |
