of 2009/10 to 2012/13 including the provision of one additional month of
standard rate of CSSA payment and one additional |

of allowance to CSSA and SSA recipients of the year respectively. As for the
expenditure of 2008/09 including the provision of |

additional months of standard rate of CSSA payment to CSSA recipients, two
additional months of allowance to DA recipients, and |
|
| a
one-off grant of $3,000 and two additional months of allowance to OAA
recipients. |
