Since adjustment on the coverage of extra-budgetary revenues from 1993 to
1996 has made, the figures are not comparable with the previous years. |
|
| Since
1997, the extra-budgetary revenue does not include the intra-budgetary
government funds (fee). Since 2004, the extra-budgetary revenue is the |
|
| fiscal
extra-budgetary revenue in special account. |
|
| b)
Since 2003, rural tax and fees reform was carried out in the whole country,
revenue from fundraising programs of township governments was |
|
| cancelled,
but a few provinces have tax in default after 2003. |
|
| c)
Other revenue includes lottery welfare fund, revenue from CCTV advertising |
|
| d)
Since 2011, extra-budgetary revenue and expenditure were included in
intra-budgetary revenue and expenditure, so the relevant indicators were not |
| listed
separately. The same applies to table 9-9, 9-10. |
