a) From 2002, in line with new regulations of ministry of public health,all
the health institutions that have medical service permit shall be |
| counted
as one and health care rooms shall be counted in health clinics, therefore
the total number of health institutions increased. |

Since 2007, health care institution have carried out direct network report. |
