3.从2011年起,根据国家统计局相关规定,固定资产投资起点由50万元调整至500万元。

Product from 2006 to 2010 were adjusted from population census in 2010.

b) Urban entities in and before 2007 meant corporate entities keeping separate accounts at and above the township level,

excluding township enterprises, private entities and self-employed operators. Urban entities in and after 2008 meant corporate entities

keeping separate accounts excluding private entities and self-employed operators.

c) From 2011, the starting point of fixed assets is changed from RMB 500,000 to RMB 5 million according to relevant regulations

of National Bureau of Statistics.
