注:1、土地单价系指毛地价,不包括征地费用、动拆迁安置费用、市政配套费等。
2、本基准地价只适用于内销地价。
3、本基准地价为某一土地等级在指定土地用途和法定最高土地使用年限下的土地平均价格.基准日为1999年2月1日。
4、基准地价公布后,将根据国民经济发展规划、房地产市场发展状况进行调整。
5、具体宗地价格,可在基准地价的基础上,根据该地块的区位、商业、服务业情况、交通条件等因素加以调整。
Note:1.Unit site value refers to raw land basis,excluding requisition fees,demolition and resettlement fees,public ancillary facilities charges,etc.
2.The above standard prices apply only to land prices for domestic sales.
3.The above standard prices refer to the average land price of a certain grade of land used for a designated purpose during a legal maximum land use term
as at February 1,1999.
4.The announced standard land prices are subject to adjustments according to the development plan of national economy and the development of the real
estate market.
5.The land price of each individual lot is subject to adjustments on the basis of the standard land prices and according to the location,trade,service and
transport status of each individual lot.
