| Note：1．Industrial and commercial tax included only product
tax，value-added tax and business tax before 1985．Since 1985,city maintenance |
|
| and construction tax and others were added in it．2．Since 1994,tax
revenue by reference to tax reform is according to the new calibre． |
|
| With"*"signs in 1993,it is based on the new caliber adjustment in
1994．3．Since 2008,local fiscal revenue includes only the local general |
|
| budget revenue and expenditure．For better comparison with the data
of previous years,the local fiscal revenue and expenditure in this table |
|
| still include the fund balance.. |
