a)Debt service ratio refers to the ratio of the payment of principal and interest of foreign debts to the foreign exchange receipts from foreign trade and
  non-trade services of the Current year．
b)Liability ratio refers to the ratio of the balance of foreign debts to the gross national product of the current year．
c)Foreign debt ratio refers to the ratm of the balance of foreign debts to the foreign exchange receipts from forcign trade and non-trade services of the
  current year．
