注：财政收入2002年前为地方财政收入与中央两税(增值税和消费税)之和，2002年起为地方财政收入、中央四税收入和其他中央收入
之和。其中其他中央收入不含关税，自2003年起包含车辆购置税(以下各表同)。
Note：Financial revenue before 2002 is the sum of local financial revenue and two central level tax revenue(value-added tax and consumption tax)，
whereas since 2002 it is the sum of local financial revenue，four central level tax revenue and other central level revenue．Other central level revenue
excludes tariff,however since 2003 vehicle purchasing tax is also included(the same applies to the following tables)．
