Note:The statistical caliber of the data used to include all the organic towns in 1995 and before;Since 1999,the data of the counties
but urban district including the orgnic towns only refers to the county seat.According to the new definition of city construction statis-
tics,Jiaxing urban district excluded the 10 organic towns(including the Jiaxing Port)in 2006.
