    2.1990年以前的总人口增减绝对数、增长速度和年平均人口为户籍统计年报数，1991年起为人口抽样调查数。
Note:a.The Third Population Census adjusted the data of birth rate,mortality rate and natural growth rate in 1978 and 1980,
and the data since 1985 is based on population sample survey.
      b.Before 1990,the absolute figures of the total population variation,the growth rate and the annual average population
are based on the annual reports of the household registration.Since 1991,they are based on the population sample survey.
