| Note：a)Since 1995，the cultivated land occupied by capital construction have
been obtained from the annual statistics by the Land Management Department of |

| Guangdong Province． |

| b)Since 2000，the cultivated land occupied by capital construction refers to
the land for construction，which is not comparable with the previous years． |
|
| c)In 2002，the regularly cultivated land is culculated in accordance with the
new stipulations． |
