    2.2008年公路货运量为全国专项调查数，与2007年口径不一致。

Note：a．Sinee 1984 the apioach in computation of flreight-traffic of highways has been included in total social count according to
    National Bureau of Statisdcs of China．
    b．The data of highways flreight traffic of 2008 were the data of national special survey and the coverage is different from that of 2007．
    c．The Coverage of the railways passenger traffic statiscs has been changed since 2008．
