  2．按最新统计口径，自2003年函件包括邮送广告。
    The letters include advertisements sent by post according to new statistical scope since 2003．
  3．2007年起，长途电话通话时长按新口径统计，后表同。
    Since 2007，the statistic scope of communication time by long-distance telephone call has been changed．Following tables are the same．
