b)Figures in value terms in this table are at current prices,except
that on the business volume of postal and telecommunication services
which is at 1990 constant prices before 2000 and at 2000 constant prices

sales revenue,that include retail sales of agricnltural means of
production. |
d)The growth rate of the follow indicators are calculated at
comparable prices:GDP,gross output value of farming,forestry,animal
huabandry
and fishery,business volume of postal and telecommunication services and
average wages in value terms. |

e)Average annual growth rates are calculated by level approach except
that of investment in fixed assets is by accumulative approach. |
f)Health care system has been changed since 2002.The statistical range
of doctors is before 2002,whereas of certified(assistant)doctors
since 2002.The figures are not comparable with previous years. |
