| 注：①基本工程储备基金于1982年1月20日经前立法局决议成立，目的是为工务计划、征用土地及债券支付利息提供资金。 |
|
| ②资本投资基金及贷款基金于1990年4月1日经前立法局决议成立，以承担前发展贷款基金、地下铁路基金及学生贷款基金原有的功能。 |
|
| ③赈灾基金在1993年12月1日经前立法局决议成立，目的是对香港以外发生的灾难给予人道援助。 |
|
| ④创新及科技基金是由立法会于1999年6月30日决议通过成立，以资助那些有助促进制造业和服务业创新及提升科技水平的项目。 |

| Notes：①The Capital Works
Reserve Fund was established on 20 January 1982 by
Resolution of the former Legislative Council for the purpose |
|
| of financing the Public
Works Programme，acquisition of land and payment
for interest on bond． |
|
| ②The Capital Investment
Fund and the Loan Fund were established on 1 April
1990 by Resolution of the former Legislative Council． |
|
| These funds assumed the
functions of the former Development Loan Fund，the
Mass Transit Fund and the Student Loan Fund |
|
| ③The Disaster Relief Fund
was established on 1 December of 1993 by
Resolution of the former Legislative Council for purpose of |
|
| humanitarian aid in relief
of disasters that occur outside Hong Kong． |
|
| ④The innovation and
Technology Fund was established on 30 June 1999 by
Resolution of the Legislative Council to finance projrcts to |
|
| help promote innovation
and technology upgrading in manufacturing and
service industries． |
