          一、《四川统计年鉴-2018》是一部全面反映四川省经济和社会发展情况的综合性统计资料年刊。本年鉴收录了全省和各市(州)、县(市、区)2017年经济和社会发展各方面的大量统计数据,以及历史重要年份和近年来的全省主要统计数据。
    二、本年鉴正文内容分为22个篇章,即:1.综合;2.国民经济核算;3.人口;4.就业和工资;5.固定资产投资;6.能源;7.资源和环境;8.财政和物价;9.人民生活和社会保障;10.城市发展;11.民族自治地方概况;12.县(市、区)概况;13.农业;14.工业;15.建筑业;16.交通运输、邮电和通讯;17.国内贸易;18.对外经济贸易和旅游;19.金融和保险;20.教育、科技和专利;21.文化、体育和卫生;22.其他社会活动。为帮助读者理解和使用统计数据,部分统计表下作了简要注释,并在各篇末附有主要统计指标解释。
    三、与《四川统计年鉴-2017》比较,在本年鉴第一章“综合”中增加了改革开放40年国民经济和社会发展主要指标的总量、速度、比例和构成资料;在第十三章“农业”中,根据四川省第三次全国农业普查结果对2007年以来的农林牧渔业总产值及增加值的全省合计数进行了修订,但暂未对各市(州)、各县(市、区)的数据进行修订。
    四、本年鉴中,涉及的部门统计资料均由省级相关部门提供。
    五、本年鉴对过去发表的统计资料重新进行了核实,凡与本年鉴数据有出人的,以本年鉴为准。
    六、本年鉴中所使用的度量衡单位均采用国际统一标准计量单位。
    七、本年鉴中部分数据合计数或相对数由于单位取舍不同而产生的计算误差,均未做机械调整。
    八、本年鉴表中的符号使用说明:“空格”表示该项统计指标数据不足本表最小单位数、数据不详或无该项数据;“#”表示其中的主要项。
    Ⅰ.Sichuan Statistical Yearbook 2018 is an annual statistics publication to reflect various aspects ofSichuan's economic and social development,which covers very comprehensive data series in 2017 and someselected data series in historically important years and the most recent years at provincial level,local levels ofprefecture and level of county.
    Ⅱ.The text of this Yearbook contains the following 22 parts:1.General Survey,2.National Accounts,3.Population,4.Employment and Wage,5.Investment in Fixed Assets,6.Energy,7.Resources andEnvironment,8.Local Government Finance and Price,9.People's Livelihood and Social Welfare,10.UrbanDevelopment,11.Survey of Minority Nationality Autonomous Areas,12.Survey of County(City,District),13.Agriculture,14.Industry,15.Construction,16.Transportation,Post and Telecommunications Services,17.Domestic Trade,18.Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation and International Tourism,19.Banking andInsurance,20.Education,Science,Technology and Patents,21.Culture,Sports and Public Health,22.OtherSocial Activities.Explanatory Notes on Main Statistical Indicators is attached to the end of each chapter tohelp the readers to understand and use the statistical data in this book.
    Ⅲ.Compared with Sichuan Statistical Yearbook 2017,the Yearbook adds data on the aggregate,speed,proportion and composition of the main indicators of national economic and social development in the 40years of reform and opening-up in Chapter 1“General Survey”;revises the total output value and added valueof agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery in the whole province from 2007 according to the resultsof the third national agricultural census in Sichuan Province,but does not revise the data of prefectures andcounties at present in Chapter 13 “Agriculture”.
    Ⅳ.In this yearbook,the relevant department statistics are provided by relevant departments at theprovincial level.
    Ⅴ.The statistics data published in the past is re-verified in this book.Any discrepancy between the dataof this book,it prevails.
    Ⅵ.The units of measurement used in this book are international standard measurement units.
    Ⅶ.Statistical discrepancies on totals and relative figures due to rounding are not adjusted in theyearbook.
    Ⅷ.Notations used in this book:“(blank)” indicates that the statistical indicator data is insufficient to theminimum number of units in this table,the data is unknown or there is no such data,“#”indicates the majoritems of the total.
