          一、《西藏统计年鉴》(2017)是一本信息高度密集的资料工具书。本书收录了2017年西藏自治区的经济和社会发展等各方面的统计数据,以及西藏和平解放以来各个时期的主要统计数据,是国内外各界人士了解西藏、认识西藏的重要资料性工具书。
    二、全书内容分为18个篇目,即1.行政区划和自然资源;2.综合;3.人口、从业人员和职工工资;4.固定资产投资;5.财政;6.物价指数;7.人民生活;8.农业;9.工业;10.建筑业;11.运输和邮电业;12.国内贸易;13.对外经济贸易和旅游;14.金融和保险;15.教育、科技和文化;16.体育、卫生、环保;17.各县(市、区)主要统计指标;18.全国各省(区、市)统计资料。为便于读者正确使用资料,书末还附有主要统计指标解释。
    三、本年鉴中总量指标均按当年现行价格计算。西藏生产总值及各产业增加值、农业总产值、工业总产值指数和增长速度均按可比价格计算。
    四、本年鉴部分数据合计数或相对数由于单位取舍不同产生的计算误差未作机械调整。
    五、本年鉴对以前的统计资料重新进行了核实,相应地调整了部分数据。读者在使用历史资料时,凡与本年鉴有出入的,均以本年鉴为准。
    六、本年鉴中的符号使用说明:“…”表示数据不足本表最小单位数;“空格”表示该项统计指标数据不详或无数据;“#”表示其中主要项。
    七、资料中所使用的度量衡单位采用国际统一标准计量单位。
    八、本书为中英文对照,配有电子版光盘。

    Ⅲ.The prices used in calculation in this publication are current prices of thoseyears.Indices and growth rate of gross regional product of Tibet,value-added by threestrata of industry,gross agricultural output value and gross industrial output value arecalculated at constant prices.
    Ⅳ.Statistical discrepancies in this yearbook due to rounding are not adjusted.
    Ⅴ.Some of the published data are changed in this yearbook according to ourchecking,therefore,data in this yearbook are reliable whenever you find different datain other publications.
    Ⅵ.Marks in this yearbook:"..."means not large enough to be rounded into theleast unit;"#" indicates major item in a category."blank space" not available.
