          一、《长春统计年鉴——2015》是一部全面反映长春市2014年经济和社会发展情况的资料性刊物。本书收录了2014年长春市经济和社会各方面大量的统计数据,以及重要年份的主要统计数据,是认识和研究长春市经济社会发展,指导经济工作和进行决策的经济类工具书。
    二、全书共包括四部分。(一)特载,(二)县(市)区开发区经济,(三)统计资料,(四)主要统计指标解释。统计资料按其内容分为18个篇目,即(1)综合;(2)人口;(3)单位从业人员与劳动报酬;(4)固定资产投资;(5)能源消费与库存;(6)财政;(7)物价;(8)人民生活;(9)城市建设;(10)农业;(11)工业;(12)交通运输邮电通信业;(13)建筑业;(14)批发零售贸易和住宿餐饮业;(15)对外经济贸易和旅游业;(16)金融保险业;(17)教育、科技及文化事业;(18)体育、卫生及其他事业。
    三、本书资料大部分来自于各专业年报资料,部分资料取自抽样调查。
    四、本书中文字资料主要是统计部门人员撰写。
    五、本书中所使用的价值量指标及构成,除已注明外,均按当年价计算,发展速度按可比价格计算。
    六、本书采用国际统一标准计量单位。
    七、书中符号使用说明:“#”表示其中的主要项,“空格”表示该项指标数据不详或无该数据。
    Ⅰ.Changchun statistical yearbook-2015 is an annual statisticalpublication,which comprehensively reflects the conditions of eco-nomic and social development of changchun in 2014.We select vari-ous aspects of statistical data on economic and social development in2014 and main statistical data in important years of changchun.It isan economic reference book for recognizing and researching on eco-nomic and social development of changchun guiding economic workand making decisions.
    Ⅱ.This book covers the following four parts 1.Special reports.2.Economy of counties(cities) and districts and developing area;3.Statistical data;4.Explanatory notes on main statistical indicators.Statistical data contains 18 lists of articles.That is(1) General sur-vey(2) Population,(3) Employment and wages,(4) Investmentin fixed assets,(5) Energy consumption and inventory,(6) Gov-ernment finance,(7) Commodity price,(8) People's livehood,(9) City construction,(10) Agriculture,(11) Industry,(12)Transportation,post and telecommunications services,(13) Con-struction,(14) Wholesale,retail trade and hotels catering,(15)Foreign trade and tourism,(16) Finance and insurance,(17)Education,science and technology,culture(18) Sports,healthcare and others.
    Ⅲ.The major data sources of this publication are obtained fromannual statistical reports,and some from sample survey.
    Ⅳ.Special reports and special topics are obtained from statisticaldepartments and relative departments.
    Ⅴ.The quantity of value indicators and composition used in thisbook are at current price except notes have made,growth rate is cal-culated by constant price.
    Ⅵ.The units of measurement used in this book are international-ly standard measurement units.
