          为反映我国高技术产业发展状况和国际竞争能力,满足国家宏观管理部门制订调整产业政策和产业发展规划的需要,我们根据国家统计局2013年颁布的《高技术产业(制造业)分类(2013)》,加工整理了这本高技术产业发展状况的统计资料书。
    本书收集了2000-2013年我国高技术产业生产经营、研发及相关活动、固定资产投资等资料以及相关的国际比较数据,较为全面地描述了“十五”以来我国高技术产业发展的基本状况,是有关管理部门和社会各界了解我国高技术产业发展情况的主要资料工具书。
    本书共分五个部分。第一部分主要反映高技术产业企业的生产经营情况。第二部分主要反映高技术产业企业的研发活动、新产品开发和生产、专利、技术获取和改造、企业办研发机构等情况。第三部分主要反映高技术产业企业的固定资产投资情况。第四部分为国际比较资料,根据经济合作与发展组织(OECD)等国际组织公布的高技术产业统计资料整理。第五部分为附录,包括高技术产业统计分类目录、高技术产业统计资料整理公布格式和主要指标解释。
    本书中的“空格”表示该项统计指标数据不足本表最小单位数、数据不详或无该项数据;书中因小数取舍而产生的误差均未做配平处理。按地区分组东部地区包括:北京、天津、河北、上海、江苏、浙江、福建、山东、广东和海南;中部地区包括:山西、安徽、江西、河南、湖北和湖南;西部地区包括:内蒙古、广西、重庆、四川、贵州、云南、西藏、陕西、甘肃、青海、宁夏和新疆;东北地区包括:辽宁、吉林和黑龙江。
    This Yearbook of High Technology Industry is based on the High Technology Industry(ManufacturingIndustry)Classification,which has been published by the National Bureau of Statistics in 2013.The purposes of theYearbook are to summarize the development and international competitive position of China9s hi-tech industry andto facilitate the goals of the state macro administration in formulating policy and programming in support ofChina’s hi-tech industry. 解The Yearbook describes the development of China's hi-tech industry during the period from 2000 to 2012.Statistical series for the years 2000 to 2013 include production,R&D and related activities,investment on fixedassets,and relative international comparative measures of this fast-growing industry.The Yearbook should serve asa useful source for the public planning and administration sector as well as the broader business and researchcommunities for understanding recent developments in China5s hi-tech industry.The Yearbook contains five parts.The first part focuses on the production and management of hi-tech industry.The second part of the Yearbook focuses on R&D activities,new products development,patents,technologyacquisition and technology reconstruction,and R&D institutions in hi-tech enterprises.The third part focuses oninvestment on fixed assets in hi-tech industry.The foiarth part of the Yearbook focuses on international comparisonsamong China and the OECD countries.The fifth part is appendix information,including catalogue ofHi-Technology Industry Classifications,Published Format for Sorting-out the Statistical Data of High-TechnologyIndustry and Main Indicators.Notations used in this book:<4(blank space),5indicates that the figure is not large enough to be measured withthe smallest unit in the table or data are unknown or are not available.Statistical discrepancies due to rounding arenot adjusted in the yearbook.Eastern region include Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei?Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Fujian,Shandong,Guangdong and Hainan.Middle region include Shanxi,Anhui,Jiangxi,Henan,Hubei and Hunan.Western region include Inner Mongolia Guangxis Ghongqing,Sichuan,Guizhou,Yunnan,丁ibet Shaanxi,Gansu,Qinghai,Ningxia and Xinjiang.Northeastern region include Liaoning,Jilin and Heilongjinang.
