          1.为方便国外读者查阅,本年鉴在目录、统计图表及指标解释等内容上按中英文对照编辑。

    3.根据最新掌握到的统计资料以及国家新的统计制度之规定,本期年鉴对过去发表的一些重要统计资料重新予以核实,对部分历史数据进行了调整。因此,读者在使用历史资料时,凡与本年鉴有出入的,均以本年鉴为准。
    4.本年鉴中的部分数据由于单位取舍不同产生的计算误差均未作机械调整。
    5.为便于读者使用,本年鉴特编制了主要指标的定基指数、环比指数和年平均增长速度。本年鉴中所列指数和年平均增长速度均按可比口径计算。
    6.本年鉴使用的符号说明:“…”表示该项统计指标数据不足本表最小单位数,“空白”表示数据不详或无该项数据:“#”表示其中项;“”表示另有注解。
    7.限于我们的水平,本年鉴仍存在不足乃至错漏,希望读者不吝批评指正,帮助我们改进编辑工作,以期更好地为广大读者服务。
