          一、《陕西统计年鉴-2015》是一部全面系统反映陕西省经济、社会、科技发展状况的资料性年刊。书中资料根据全省各专业统计年报加工而成,并收录了各市、县及省级有关部门的统计数据。
    二、全书内容分为22部分:1.行政区划和自然资源;2.综合;3.国民经济核算;4.人口;5.就业人员和职工工资;6.固定资产投资;7.能源;8.财政;9.价格指数;10.人民生活;11.环境和城市;12.农业;13.工业;14.建筑业;15.运输和邮电;16.国内贸易;17.对外经济贸易和旅游;18.金融和保险;19.教育、科技和文化;20.体育、卫生和其他;21.水利;22.全国各省、市、自治区主要指标。附录为2014年陕西省统计局大事记、2014年陕西调查总队大事记、陕西省统计局机构一览表、陕西调查总队机构一览表。为方便读者使用,各篇章前设有简要说明,列示主要统计指标提要和统计图,后面附主要统计指标解释。
    三、本年鉴数据以2014年为主,主要指标列示改革开放以来重点年份的资料。
    四、本年鉴依据第三次经济普查结果对国民经济核算、能源和国内贸易等部分近年数据进行了调整,凡与本年鉴有出入的,均以本年鉴为准。
    五、2012年韩城市试点设立省内计划单列市,本年鉴在各市(区)主要指标中增加了韩城市的数据。
    六、本年鉴全国及各省、市、自治区主要指标资料来源于《中国统计摘要-2015》,部分数据为初步统计数,正式数据以《中国统计年鉴-2015》为准。
    七、本年鉴表中的符号使用说明:“…”表示数据不足本表最小单位;“空格”表示该项统计指标数据不详或无该项数据;“#”表示其中项。
    I.Shaanxi Statistical Yearbook-2015 is an annual statistical publication,which reflects various aspects of province's economic,social science and technology development.The major data sources of the publication are statistical annual report of different sectors.Also some other statistical data of city,county,and relevant departments are filled.II.The yearbook cxintains the following twenty-two chapters:1. Divisions of Administrative Areas and Natural Resources;2. General Survey;3. National Accounts;4. Population;5. Employment and Wages;6. Investment in Fixed Assets;7. Energy;8. Government Finance;9. Price Indices;10. People's Livelihood;11. &xvironment and Cities;12. Agriculture;13. Industry;14. Construction;15. Tran^ort,Post and Telecommunication Services;16. Domestic Trade;17. Foreign Trade and Tourism;18. Banking and Insurance;19. Education,Science,Technology and Culture;20. Sports,Public Health and Others;21. Irrigation;22. Main Indicators of National Economy by Countrywide,Province,Municipality and Autonomous Region.The addenda include chronicle of events of Shaanxi Provincial Bureau of Statistics in 2014,chronicle of events ofNBS SurveyOffice in Shaanxi in 2014 list of institutions of Shaanxi Provincial Bureau of Statistics and list of institutions ofNBS Survey Officein Shaanxi.As a matter of convenience for readers,we make Brief Introduction,abstract of major indicators and statistical charts at thebeginning of each chapter and explanatory notes on main statistical indicators at the end of each chapter.HI.The yearbook is based on data of 2014.Each part includes statistical materials for historically important years,especiallyfrom 1978.Since then we have been implementing the reform and opening policy.IV. The yearbook is based on data of the third economic census results,National Accounts,Energy,Industry,Domestic Tradeand some other of historical data has been adjusted previously published some relevant data.If there are some differences betweenthis yearbook with others,refer to this yearbook please.V.The Hancheng city has established the city specifically designated in the province plan in 2012.So,the main index bycity(district)has added the data of Hancheng city in the yearbook-2015.VI.The rough data of the nation and other provinces are taken from China Statistical Abstract-2015 The official data shouldrefer to China Statistical Yearbook-2015 later.VD.Explanatory symbol for notations used in this yearbook:"…"indicates that the figure is not large enough to be measured with the smallest unit in the table;”“(blank)indicates that the data not available;indicates that the major items of the total.
