          一、《黑龙江统计年鉴——2014》是一部全而反映黑龙江省经济和社会发键状况的资料性工具书。本书系统收录了全省及各市(地)、县2013年经济和社会各方面的统汁数据,以及历史重要年份的主要统计数据。
    二、全书主体共分19部分:1.综合;2.人口、就业人员和职工工资;3.国民经济核算;4.价格指数;5.人民生活;6.财政、金融和保险;7.资源与环境;8.能源;9.固定资产投资;10.对外经济贸易;11.农业;12.工业;13.建筑业;14.住房与房地产;15.国内贸易和旅游业;16.运输和邮电;17.教育与科技;18.文化、体育、卫生和社会服务;19.城市慨况。同时附录两个部分:1.各县(市)主要指标;Ⅱ.各类开发区情况。各部分附有主要统汁指标解释。
    三、资料中使用的度量衡单位均采用国际统一标准的计量单位。
    四、本年鉴的资料大部分来自年度统计报表,部分数据来自抽样调查和专业部门年报,部分专业历史数据和资料来源口径有调整,清留意表中注释。
    五、附录中的县域经济指标为符县(市)上报数,未做逐级核对,仅供参考。
    六、由于数据来源和汁算方法不同,一些指标分地区数据相加不等于全省数.清使用时注意。部分合汁数或相对数冈单位取舍不同而产生的计算误差均未做调整。
    七、本年鉴中,各地区数据表增加了省直管试点绥芬河市和抚远县数据,未加特别说明的,则牡丹江不包含绥芬河数据,佳木斯不包含抚远县数据。
    八、本年鉴中的符号使用说明:“空格”表示该项数据不详或数据太小,不足本表计量单位;“#”表示其中主要项。
