注:1.科技活动有关指标1995年及以前只包括四大科技主体,从2000年起为全社会口径。
    2.2000年开始报纸出版统计不包校报、院报。
    3.全省小学毕业生升学率,按照教育部统一口径,根据教育统计报表,当年本省初中招生数除以小学毕业生数计算,不考虑学生跨省
       流动。
Note:a)In 1995 and prior to it,only four scientific and technological principals are included in the indicators on scientific and technological activities,
              whereas the data have referred to the statistical coverage of the whole society since 2000.
          b)Since 2000,the number of newspaper published does not include that of college or institute newspaper.
          c)According to the Ministry of Eduucation,the percentage of graduates of primary schools entering junior secondary schools is calculated as the
              number of new enrollments of local junior secondary schools divided by the number of graduates from local primary schools and the trans-
              provincial flow of students are without consideration.
