注：国家统计局规定，从2003年起“社会消费品零售额”统计指标不再包括“制造业”企业的科、室对居民及社会集团的零售额
  和“农业生产者”对非农业居民的零售额。
Note:According to the National Statistics Bureau,Since 2003 the total retail sales of consumable has no longer included that ones to
presidents and social groups sold by the department of manufacturing enterprises,also not included retail sales created by farming pro-
ducers to non-farming presidents.
