2. Overseas Financing only refers to H share funds raising.
3. From 2008 to 2012, funds raised by stocks includes those amount of the exercise of warrants (not including conver-
tible bonds)
4. The US dollar is converted into RMB at the central parity rate of RMB against USD in the last trading day of the
year. The HK dollar is first converted into the US dollar at the price of HK$7. 8/per US dollar, and then changed
to RMB at the same central parity rate of RMB against USD.
