2.根据国家劳动统计报表制的统一规定，从2013年年报起，将原属于乡镇企业的“四上”企业（即规模以上工业企业，有资质的 |

建筑业及全部房地产开发经营企业，限额以上批发和零售业、限额以上住宿餐饮业企业，部分规模以上服务业企业）纳入城镇单位从业人员与工资统计范围。 |
|
| Note:1.Employed
population in urban areas since 2002 include employed persons entering urban
areas from rural areas.sinve 2012,the statistical range of |
|
|
|
|
|
"Employed population in urban areas"has been changed into
permanent population,and total resource of labor force and number of employed
persons |
|
|
|
|
|
excludes the persons leaving Guangxi for more than half a year. |

2.Accoding to the standard of National Statistical System of Labour
Report,the onterprises of"4 Aboves"(industrial enterprises above
designated size, |

|
|
|
|
qualified construction enterprises and all of the enterprises of real
estate development&management,whloe sale&retail trade
hotels&catering above |
|
|
|
|
|
designated size,and some service enterprises above designated
size)which belonged to rural enterprises have been included to the
statistical range of |
|
|
employment&wages of urban units since 2013. |
